I am the Executive Vice President and co-founder of Channel Intelligence. My job at Channel Intelligence is to change jobs. I am Channel Intelligence's original salesperson and our first marketing person. I have been the general manager for our lead product line, onboarded new personnel and now I assist in the design of one of our latest development projects.<br><br>
For the past twenty years I have been focused on usability, customer experience and best practices in eCommerce.<br><br>
Prior to Channel Intelligence I spent ten years in the manufacturer side of the technology industry at Maynard Electronics, Archive Corporation, Conner Peripherals and Arcada Software as a senior staff member responsible for documentation, translations and customer support.<br><br>
